Bucking the norm of exhibiting customizations to production vehicles at SEMA, Dodge decided to show off some tasteful customizations to a concept vehicle. The Dodge Challenger Super Stock Concept is a direct derivative of the Dodge Challenger concept we've all been hearing about. Its main objective--to pay homage to the original 392ci HEMI engine by boasting an all-new 392ci HEMI crate motor. This all-new crate HEMI is available in three flavors: a carbureted version producing 540 hp / 490 lb-ft of torque, an EFI twist that has an output of 525 hp / 510 lb-ft of torque, and finally, a long block setup. Take a closer look at the car (below) as well as all of the technical specifications (from the official Press Release). If we hear anything more on this new HEMI heat, we'll be sure to let you know.
